Evan came to evaluate our home for duct cleaning and gave us time to decide if we wanted to proceed. Cameron and Troy did the actual work at a later date. Called in advance to give arrival time and Troy even did all he could to help me get my skittish cat outside to avoid the noise. They took before and after pics and showed me. They moved what furniture I couldn't move myself. They used the long fingered tube to stir the debris and the suction from that large vacuum is very strong. Very happy with their work
Andrew was very detailed and thorough. He took lots of pictures to show me the items he recommended and was very helpful in deciding which items were top priority when I said that I couldn't afford to get all the work done at this time.

Faxin Pan was so respectful and courteous while in our home. He was very professional, confident, knowledgeable and informative. I had to leave and Faxin was patient and took extra photos and communicated to my wife and I by phone and then took the time to talk to me again in person when I returned.
