He is an outstanding service tech that I've ever seen. I wrote previously on his visit to our house for a tankless water heater issue. We resolved it to our liking. I would suggest asking for Flaxin if you need any HVAC or water heater issues.
Faxin was very polite and seemed very thorough while he was here. He was sure to ask before leaving if we had any questions about anything and explained each step when he was doing his job and again at the end
