Justin was someone I could be friends with. Informative, knowledgable about his products. Felt no pressure for a sale and the company offers things that help with making decisions. I always try to buy from local businesses or at least clise by.
Shafer rightfully earned my business for a complete home HVAC system! They were professional from start to finish.
Before making a decision, they spent many hours with my wife and I understanding our needs and wants. Plus, working with us to design the right system and layout for our home.
Blake and Robert did a great job on the install. They were clean, thoughtful, and very respectful.

There was a discrepancy with the amount owed when I went to pay for the job. They quickly found the issue and corrected it without hesitation.

Second time Royce was at our house and both times was very friendly and informative, answered any question we had and pointed out things to look for in future.
Juan was courteous, professional and never pushy. He discussed with me the situation with my HVAC system, and recommended certain things that it could need in the near future. He answered my questions to my satisfaction. I highly recommend Juan for all your maintenance needs.
Cameron & Troy both were very professional, explained in detail what they were doing each step of the way and were very courtesy. Even though wife and I both work from home, they both were respectful and considerate to make sure the noise of machines were kept to a minimal. Highly recommend them both and the company as a whole.
I just want to say that Faxin Pan your service tech has done an excellent job for us today! He provided many options for the issues we have been having for a long time with our furnace. He is the third person to look at it, from the third HVAC company and as they say, third time is the charm. He was able to help us get a whole new system, including air at a price that is within my budget and even got us a special price to clean the ducts in that budget. Thank you Faxin for all your time today. I am very happy with all you did today to get us a solution to our problems.
Update: I just want to say that every one of the technicians that came to clean the ducts and install our new system and even the office personnel that took my first call have been very professional, friendly, and helpful. Our system and ducts were all done on the same day and even earlier than when scheduled. Thank you all, Faxin, Troy, Cody, and Royce for all your hard work in getting the job done. I'm sorry if I missed anyone else that may have helped along the way. Will definitely recommend Shafer to anyone needing HVAC services.
Logan Kelley has great customer service skills and really knows his job. He came by for our yearly furnace inspection and found a small gas leak in our furnace that we were unaware of. We really appreciate him walking and talking us through what he found and are looking forward to him returning to repair it. Thank you so much. ????
