Troy and Cameron did a great job today cleaning my HVAC system! I have been wanting to have this done for while, but just hadn't acted on it. I never dreamed that when Faxin mentioned it yesterday and I agreed, that you all would send two techs out the very next day! Again, great job, and I appreciate Troy and Cameron's thoroughness, attention to details, and friendly attitude.
Royce did a great job, and explained every thing he did, to our total satisfaction.
Faxin and Shafer Heating & Cooling were great to work with. Faxin conducted the rejuvenation for my A/C unit, as well as took the time to show and explain what he was doing and looking for. He easily took care of any repairs and replacements necessary to keep my unit running at optimal capacity. Thank you, Faxin, for being kind and helpful during our visit, listening to my A/C concerns, and explaining options available to me!
Very informative, just a little too long of a presentation but Justin did very well
