Faxin was great. He was probably one of the most professional but fun service men I have ever had at my home. He made sure I knew exactly what was going on at all times. I am so glad to see that he will be the one coming to my home for my next visit. He is awesome.
Cody and Tyler installed our new tankless hot water system. They were professional and careful of our property while they worked. They explained everything and made sure there were no leaks. We highly recommend Shafer for all things HVAC and plumbing. Thank you Cody and Tyler. There was also a 3rd gentleman here part of the time but I didn't catch his name.
