Nathan and his partner replaced a central air unit. They were right on time (early actually) did an amazing job with the removal of the old unit and install of the new one. They answered all my questions, verified all their work staying until they were satisfied it was working correctly, they even checked my heating elements. I have always used Shafer HVAC for a few simple reasons... professional service, friendly folks to deal with, and always a great value. Thank you very much... Well done!

Great communication from start to finish! Called company and initially spoke with Nathan to set appointment. He kept in contact through the entire process. Once Jeremy the technician arrived at our home he was professional, communicated the issues very well and performed the repairs with skill. Had shafer come out and replace the old heating and cooling system on the house, they came promptly when they said they would. They did the job right the first time, got what they needed to do done quickly. An now we're nice and cool in our newly ac'd home.
