Faxen came and walked us through all of the options for our 24 year old unit with superior courtesy and care. He was incredibly knowledgeable and was able to teach us about our system as he evaluated what measures would need taken to fix our dinosaur. Which ultimately was best to replace.
He was incredibly helpful when setting up our payment plan and walking us through choosing our new system. He quickly did all the measurements and was genuinely great at his job.
