A very pleasant young lady answered the phone, listened to our problem and said a tech would be at home today between 4-6. The tech arrived around 5ish. Found the problem ,and fixed it. All in one visit

Excellent service from Evan at Shafer Heating & Cooling. Evan was able to come out the next morning. He was not only knowledgeable but also took the time to explain the everything and our options.
