Had jason come out and look at our system because our heating bill was getting outta control. Let me just say I was shocked about his consideration to time. He was extremely timely, he was very polite, he came in explained what he was doing and even showed me what we were looking at. He took time to explain what was wrong with our unit (1. It's old) (2. It's straight heat no heat pump). He explained that they had other options if we ever wanted to upgrade, we could get financing for a new system and we absolutely would love the bois system because it'll help us out in the long run. I would absolutely recommend Shafer heating and cooling and especially jason!

I was very pleased with the work that they did for my father. His entire heating/cooling ducting came down underneath his house. They went underneath the house in the heat of the summer and put it all back together at a reasonable price. Thank you all for your hard work!
Ron and his employees are at the top of their industry. These folks are fast, friendly and knowledgeable about what they do. They are going to cost some change, but they are reasonably priced when benchmarked with their piers; and with their service you wont have to do it again 6 months later.

We would most certainly recommend Shafer H & C to anyone needing HVAC service or new installs. In 1994 Shafer installed our new home H & C units. After 25 years they finally wore out. So, we did not hesitate to contact Shafer for estimates to install new, efficient units to replace the old. From the estimate visit, by two knowledgeable technicians, through the install, we were very pleased along the "journey" and with the end results. After a few days, we did have a question about the inside blower unit, and rather than trying to answer it by phone, a service tech was dispatched in a few days and after reviewing the matter, we knew all was alright. This was a very wise and appreciated way to handle the matter.
So, thank you Mr. Shafer and all your staff for a job well done, that leaves us knowing we made the best choice when we chose to call you for our HVAC needs. Our satisfaction is 25 years and counting. Thank You all!
