Great communication from start to finish! Called company and initially spoke with Nathan to set appointment. He kept in contact through the entire process. Once Jeremy the technician arrived at our home he was professional, communicated the issues very well and performed the repairs with skill. The repairs were made and I would recommend this company to anyone requiring HVAC work. Thank you to Nathan and Jeremy for a great job!
Had shafer come out and replace the old heating and cooling system on the house, they came promptly when they said they would. They did the job right the first time, got what they needed to do done quickly. An now we're nice and cool in our newly ac'd home.
