I want to give a shout-out to our technicians—Tyler, Lance, and Cody. This rock star team installed a new system (that we are very grateful to have won at Shafer's Inc. 5000 celebration!) and ductwork (we paid for) over several days. They were thrown some surprises but remained positive and professional. I was constantly impressed by their work ethic and attention to detail. Thank you for working so tirelessly!

Shafer just finished installing a new furnace/AC system and replacing all the ducts in our house. Our installers were Tyler, Cody, and Lance, and they are awesome. They were always friendly and courteous and covered an impressive amount of ground each day. We were constantly surprised at how clean they kept our house as they were working throughout it and how little noise they were making considering the job they had to do. They always kept us updated and made sure we had a chance to check out the new ducts before closing up hard-to-access areas. It's nice knowing everything was installed well and that now Shafer knows every inch of our system.
Full disclosure: We won the furnace and AC system, which we were in desperate need of, at Shafer's INC5000 celebration. We have had good interactions with Shafer starting with our first service call when David diagnosed our old system in June. As we were getting quotes to replace it we hoped we would end up working with Shafer but never imagined things would work our so well. Thank you Shafer!
Our technician Shaun was very professional polite and very knowledgeable I would definitely recommend Shafer heating and cooling to anyone and we will be using them again

Just had a geothermal system installed. Jacob and Ron were excellent with answering our many questions and helped fit the proper system for our old home. Cody, Cory, Johnny, Kenzie and a few others, were very polite and professional during the install. They were knowledgeable, hardworking and didn't mind the snake skin in the attic! Thanks for the great work and we will see you for our regularly scheduled maintenance!

We recently had the pleasure to meet David and Drew. Both men were very professional, laid back and made us feel comfortable while being in our home. They were both thorough, informative and knowledgeable on all concerns and questions we had. We were very pleased with the service we recieved. Shafer surprised us with how super responsive they were to our issues and how quickly they are able to address them.
