Shafer came out and installed a whole heating and cooling system for us. Cody and Blake were very professional and friendly when they came to do the install. We had a small issue after they left and they were very quick to come out and fix it. The process was very quick and easy for us. We even decided to do their yearly membership to have them come out twice a year to keep up the maintenance for us. Highly recommend Shafer.

Shafer is a great company with great service. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend Shafer for any job and they also have a club program that is very reasonable and something I would recommend to everyone using Shafer as a service.
Both Andrew and Faxin were courteous and professional. They both explained in layman's terms what I needed. Faxin explained about their financing options which I appreciated.
