This was my first experience with Shafer Heating and Cooling. I was impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of both the office staff and my technician, Kevin Allen. Kevin was very knowledgeable and quickly assessed the furnace issue. He kept me informed of everything he was doing while repairing the furnace. I was pleasantly surprised when it came time to pay; there were absolutely no hidden fees.
Harley and Nathan were super nice and provided great service today.
The motor on the fan (outdoor compressor) was loose (all 4 bolts were backed off, and needed tightening). Glad it wasn't a bearing that was causing the noise. Tech was pleasant and responsive as usual. He arrived an hour before the scheduled noon-4pm window, so I wasn't here at 11:15. So, they put me back on the list for "end-of-day", for which I am appreciative.
