Thorough, polite and pleasant. The tech was on time, called to verify the appointment and the company provided a photo of the representative prior to his arrival! He even brought up our trash can from the curb! Excellent service! Fully explained everything to me in an understandable way. This gets my highest rating!
Can't brag enough on the service we received from Shafer Heating & Cooling. They went above and beyond to send someone as quickly as possible to repair the unit. Jacob was outstanding communicating with us throughout the repair process. This was our first time calling Shafer's but will call them for any future HVAC issues.
