Harley was my tech today, I was having issues with a new halo thermostat. Harley blew my mind! She was so knowledgeable and explained things to me that I actually understood. I've found all Shafer techs friendly and knowledgeable but Harley just broke the glass ceiling today! I expected a new thermostat to be installed, Harley knew that thermostat very well, she just re programmed it and so far all my issues are gone. Thank you Harley! Shafers……..Harley is a keeper!
Kevin was very personable, knowledgeable and his presentation was so thorough we had very few questions afterwards. Every aspect of the process was explained along with his reasonings for his opinions. No high pressure sales tactics just information.

Heat went out yesterday, Shafer sent out a tech named Royce. Royce determined that our unit was improperly wired and was an underperforming unit for our home. Some we talked and made the decision to replace the unit completely start from scratch and make it better. Would Highly recommend Shafer and Royce to anyone family and friends.

These guys did a great job. They were super friendly informative and professional. Even requested some.changes to the original plan and they met them head on adapted quickly and still got all the work completed in very reasonable time. Top notch service.
