Brady and Nathan were absolutely ????. They were fast, kind, and super helpful. They got us up and running and now we can enjoy the cool air. No pressure from them but very informative of the issues we had. Great company and people.
We had an A/C unit, new furnace along with dehumidifier and purple light system and brand new duct work installed. Blake and Jake were absolutely wonderful to work with. Blake found a leak from our kitchen sink that we didn't know we had. They were able to replace the pipes and we didn't have to contact a plumber. Due to pipes being replaced we no longer will have sewer gases in our bathroom that is in our bedroom. After seeing the horrible duct work we had and not correct size, this will bring peace that we are breathing clean air. We have never had this much air in our house. Our hot water tank this morning we had no hot water. Blake was able to light our pilot light. Blake and Jake are very knowledgeable and highly recommend them to anyone.

Robert Dietman and his partner (sorry, I didn't get his name) arrived on time, did my HVAC repair quickly, and got me back in business. Both of these gentlemen were friendly and efficient. Shafer Heating & Cooling are lucky to have them with their team. Everybody that I have dealt with at Shafer have been GREAT! I highly recommend them for all of your HVAC needs.

(Jacob Morgan and Blake true blood) did a great job putting in a new hot tank and fixing the heat pump.
I am just learning about things that has to be fixed around the house so, I am going to tell everyone to record everything with your phones so there won't be any he said or she said . On that note the first employee that I meet are the ones that going to sell you an item and these are the main people that you should make a video of the second set of employees that comes out they're only to fix whatever replace whatever the first employee tell them to do.
For the employees that coming to replace or fix something I would just ask to see the part or the parts that are to be removed just to be 1000% sure that that part was replaced. They did a really good job real respectful clean up behind a self .
Overall great job . Oh they did have me to pay first before they did any work so try not to do that .

Hilary and Kevin are amazing. Hilary has great customer service and went out of her way for me. Kevin is amazing was professional and easy to talk to. I am glad to see how they work together to make happy customers. If you're thinking of using them for your hvac work I would highly recommend.
