Excellent service found problem and fix it quickly
We just had a great experience with Shafer's assessment service guy! After the assessment- we signed up for their membership because our home is old and we know there are repairs and maintenance that needs to be done that is hard to find assistance with when you live in the country. They found out our 2 year old condenser unit was improperly connected and we were running emergency heat only! The thermostat was for a gas furnace and we have an electric one! Long story short, they had tech guys out within a week and we are already saving so much electricity than before! You guys have been great!! Thank you!!
