We just had a great experience with Shafer's assessment service guy! After the assessment- we signed up for their membership because our home is old and we know there are repairs and maintenance that needs to be done that is hard to find assistance with when you live in the country. They found out our 2 year old condenser unit was improperly connected and we were running emergency heat only! The thermostat was for a gas furnace and we have an electric one! Long story short, they had tech guys out within a week and we are already saving so much electricity than before! You guys have been great!! Thank you!!

Always great service with Shafer. Tech Harley did a fantastic job. I had some mold concerns earlier in the year, and the home inspector did not note anything on the HVAC system, besides water in the pan. Harley located biological growth inside the HVAC unit and installed a UV system as well as a treatment for the pan moisture. Great job and ill see them again in 6 months for the spring "tune up".
