It is a small fee to pay for the peace of mind in knowing that the Shafer team will be there for you any time something happens. When you are a part of our maintenance club, you get priority service whenever you need it.
We will prioritize biannual maintenance appointments for your HVAC systems. These appointments will either be once for your air conditioner and once for your heater, or twice for your heat pump. Then, if anything happens between these annual service appointments, we can take care of those problems by visiting your home when needed.
